Presented by a PRWB trainer, this fourth module is devoted to strategic communications planning. Drawing on classic management functions and proven models such as the Deming wheel and the RACE model (research, analysis, communication, evaluation), participants learn to structure a complete communication plan: mandate, research, problem statement, target audiences, business and communication objectives, strategies, program, and evaluation. The module details the key questions to ask at each stage, from identifying the problem through to measuring results and return on investment. A rigorous four-stage, ten-point approach, directly applicable to the organizations PRWB supports.
